Function available in CINEMA 4D Prime, Visualize, Broadcast, Studio & BodyPaint 3D
Theme
Here you can define all colors within the Cinema 4D user interface (with exception of the colors displayed in the Viewports).
Live Refresh
If enabled, the colors will be changed in real-time. Depending on the graphics card used, this may happen a little sluggishly, in which case you can disable the option. The color will then change when the mouse button is released.
Selection Menu
This selection menu lets you fine-tune your colors to a greater degree than the other Colors menus:
- RGB: lets you define colors in the usual way for corresponding elements.
- Bitmap: lets you load bitmaps as backgrounds, for example for the Object Manager. The bitmap must be located in the "resource / schemes / scheme name" folder in your program directory.
- Reference: use this option if you want to make element colors dependent on the colors of other elements. Subsequently select the "lead" color from the list below.
Reset
This feature includes the following functions:
- Reset Selected Color: Sets the selected color back to the default Cinema 4D color.
- Reset all Colors: All colors will be reset to the default Cinema 4D colors.
- Undo: Reset Selected/All Colors: The resetting of colors can be undone using this option. The respective color will then switch back to the previously defined color.
