Inputs
This is the color information from which a color spectrum should be masked out. This is where you will, as a rule, link the image to be masked out.
This setting displays the color value that should be interpreted as a mask within the input colors. Percentage deviations via the Minimum and Maximum values can also be applied.
This is the Node’s mode that determines how the mask should be shaped:
Tolerance
Despite a monotone background and a very planar and diffuse illumination, an image can contain deviations from the Key color value that should nevertheless be interpreted as a mask. The following Minimum and Maximum values make it possible to define an acceptable deviation from the Key color value.
This setting can be used to define the minimum allowable percentage deviation from the Key color that should still achieve the full effect. A Minimum value of 10% would then make the colors completely transparent if Key is set to Out, even if you have a deviation of 10% from the Key color.
This setting can be used to define the maximum allowable deviation from the defined Key color. Depending on the deviation from the Key color, grayscale colors can be generated within the mask that are defined by the interval between the Minimum and Maximum values. If Minimum and Maximum lie close together, a hard transition will be created in the mask between masked out and visible color areas.
