Inputs
Here you can select the first of the two available pattern layers. You can select from shapes for Circle, Square, Triangle or Stars. By default, the selected shape is positioned at the center of the texture tile. The following Rotation, Scale and Repetitions settings can be used to define the number, position and size of these shapes in the texture tile.
This setting can be used to define the number of repetitions of the pattern in U and V directions. With 2 repetitions, 4 shapes of the selected pattern type will appear within the texture tile.
This setting can be used to define the rotational angle of the selected pattern. This will rotate the entire pattern and not the selected shape.
This is the scaling factor for the selected geometric shape of the pattern type.
This setting can be used to define the blurriness of the pattern’s color transitions.
If this option is enabled, the Hollow Radius setting can be used to assign a wall strength to the selected shape. If this option is disabled, the entire shape will be filled with a color.
If Hollow is enabled, this setting can be used to define a wall strength for the color filling of shapes.
If enabled, a second pattern layer can be superimposed. This will automatically always be used with a Repetition greater than the base pattern.
Here you can select the geometric shape that should be used for the second pattern layer. You can select from Circle, Square, Triangle or Stars. The Rotation, Scale and Repetition values will also be applied to this pattern layer.
Here you can define how both pattern layers should be mixed. You can select from Multiply, Subtract or Add.
Sub Level Hollow
Sub Level Hollow Radius [0..100%]
If this option is enabled, the Sub Level Hollow Radius setting can be used to add a wall strength to the second pattern layer’s selected shape. If Sub Lever Hollow is disabled, the entire shape will be filled with a color.
This gradient can be used to define the color of the pattern, of the background and of the color transitions defined by the Softness setting. The color at the right end of the gradient will be used to fill the selected shapes; the color at the left end of the gradient will be used to fill the background. Any other colors defined along the gradient will be visible in the color transitions of the shapes if Softness is set to a value greater than 0%.
